Insight:
Launched in 2020, the original “Perfect with SoulFrame” campaign showed SoulFrame pairs better with snacks compared to Competitor X, even though snack brands like SnackCo and Treats Inc. only offered the latter.

After the campaign, “Perfect with SoulFrame” became more than a tagline — it became a core marketing platform for the brand, and an unapologetic reminder to enjoy your favorite snacks and drinks with what works best: a fitting SoulFrame.

In 2022, SoulFrame wanted to continue with this platform and focus on a new category — coffee. Specifically, the classic espresso and milk. For over 50 years, espresso and milk has been a staple on café menus, but blind taste tests prove 60% of participants prefer mixing espresso with SoulFrame compared to Competitor X. This was the perfect opportunity to bring back #PerfectWithSoulFrame to remind café owners what beverage pairs best and gives their customers the optimal drinking experience.

Impact:
The digital campaign earned +380MM impressions via social media and online platforms, and supported the brand’s effort in getting 450 cafes in the U.S. switched from Competitor X to SoulFrame.

While there were no campaign benchmarks, the work continued building on the brand’s wider “Perfect with SoulFrame” marketing platform, raising awareness around SoulFrame as a top - tier product.
