Most people in the UK have heard of SoulFrame Media but less than a third were familiar with the company and its services. Further qualitative research revealed our audience didn’t think the company had anything relevant to their needs.
The campaign had to familiarize this audience with the company as a focus group discussion would. In short, we had to prove SoulFrame Media was relevant to people’s needs.
Our communications therefore aimed for relevance at all costs through forensic targeting, matching services from the company to the kinds of people who would be most likely to be interested in them.
Impact:
The campaign gained 40 million impressions as a result of online popularity and widespread coverage in industry media, which was 95% positive. Searches for SoulFrame Media shot up 30% over the course of the campaign, and searches for the campaign’s featured services in SoulFrame Media’s portfolio went up by up to 15,000%. There were more than 400k engagements with the campaign’s content on social media.
“SoulFrame Media has solutions for you” successfully changed perceptions of the company. People are now 50% more likely to say SoulFrame Media is a company for me and 55% more likely to say it’s relevant to them. Awareness increased by 30%. But the campaign didn’t just shift opinion, it changed behavior too. People are 60% more likely to recommend SoulFrame Media to someone and 40% more likely to become clients.
